1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, submitting content to, or otherwise using ShipNLaunch, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. What ShipNLaunch Is
ShipNLaunch is an online product discovery platform, weekly launchpad, and permanent directory designed for software products, developer tools, AI applications, SaaS platforms, and internet creations.
The platform displays user-submitted product profiles, maker portfolios, community votes, discussion comments, categorized indexes, and clearly labeled sponsored placements.
Listing or displaying a product on ShipNLaunch does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or guarantee by ShipNLaunch regarding the quality, security, performance, or legality of that product.
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
Eligibility: You may use ShipNLaunch only if you are legally capable of entering into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
Authentication: ShipNLaunch utilizes third-party authentication infrastructure (including Google OAuth and email magic links powered by Supabase Auth). ShipNLaunch does not directly store master account passwords.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ShipNLaunch promptly if you discover any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Product Submissions & Moderation
Makers and registered users may submit software products for inclusion in the directory by providing required product details, descriptions, URLs, logos, and media assets.
Submissions undergo review and may exist in one of several lifecycle states (such as pending review, approved, rejected, or archived).
ShipNLaunch reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, remove, unpublish, or re-categorize any product submission that fails to meet directory standards, contains misleading claims, violates intellectual property rights, or breaches community rules. Submission does not guarantee publication or permanent indexation.
5. Votes, Comments & Community Conduct
ShipNLaunch enables authenticated users to discover, upvote, and comment on listed products. In using community features, you agree never to engage in:
- Automated vote generation, bot scripts, or artificial vote inflation.
- Coordinated vote trading, purchasing upvotes, or multi-account manipulation.
- Spamming, posting deceptive links, or promotional abuse in comment discussions.
- Impersonation of another individual, maker, organization, or brand.
- Harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or defamatory remarks.
- Attempts to disrupt platform infrastructure or bypass security measures.
Violations of community conduct may result in immediate vote invalidation, comment removal, product disqualification, and account suspension.
6. Sponsored Placements & Payments
ShipNLaunch may offer paid sponsorship opportunities to promote products (such as sidebar sponsorship placements). Other promotional tiers may be marked as upcoming and are not currently purchasable.
Organic Separation: Sponsored placements are clearly labeled as "SPONSORED" or "PROMOTED" and are strictly separated from organic directory rankings and community voting calculations. Purchasing a sponsorship placement never guarantees organic ranking positions, community votes, click-through rates, or endorsement by ShipNLaunch.
Payment Processing: Sponsorship purchases are billed at the applicable sponsorship price shown when the purchase is made. Payment processing is handled by our merchant partner, Dodo Payments. ShipNLaunch does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
Maker Content: Makers and submitters retain all underlying intellectual property rights in the software, logos, trademarks, screenshots, and product descriptions they submit.
License to ShipNLaunch: By submitting content to ShipNLaunch, you grant ShipNLaunch a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, index, format, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the directory across ShipNLaunch services and communication channels.
Ownership of the Service: All rights, title, and interest in the ShipNLaunch brand, website design, user interface, codebase, and compiled directory database belong exclusively to ShipNLaunch.
8. External Products & Third-Party Links
ShipNLaunch contains links to external third-party websites, software applications, and services. ShipNLaunch has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, terms of service, safety, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Accessing third-party products is done entirely at your own risk.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
ShipNLaunch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high uptime and reliable operation, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
ShipNLaunch reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature or portion of the platform at any time without prior notice.
10. Content Moderation & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to investigate reported violations of these Terms, remove infringing or abusive content, and temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that breach platform rules or compromise the integrity of the community.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShipNLaunch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your access to or use of the platform.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of ShipNLaunch after revisions take effect constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
